PMO Principles

• The EAI PMO is responsible for helping EAI project managers to be successful

• The EAI PMO facilitates the successful and consistent use of project management practices on all EAI projects

• The EAI PMO is focused on delivering an environment where EAI projects can flourish

• The EAI PMO “does not” actually manage projects
