Once someone has registered for the event, they will be able to view and print their tickets from:

• The Registration Confirmation Page

• The Confirmation Email they receive

Clicking either of these links will open a window with a ticket for the registrant as well as each guest (if any)

Tickets include: Event Name, Location, and Start time Ticket Holder Name and email address (if main registrant)

From the Registration details page, the user can:• Resend the email confirmation to the registrant• Email the registrant with a link to the ticket(s)• View the registrant’s ticket(s)

Click “Create an Event”There will be a section where user can choose whether or not a registrant can bring others User clicks “Yes – a registrant can bring others”

• User can allow registrant to add up to 20 other individuals (default is 1)• Clicking the info icon displays the FAQ

Select “Yes – there will be a fee” Select the currency for the fee Create different fee options:

• Registrants – fee applies to the registrant themselves• Guests – fee applies to guests only• Everyone – fee can be chosen for anyone registering

Users can charge a different fee for a registrant vs. his/her guest

Collecting a registrant’s guest information

When editing the Registration Form, there will be a “Guest Information” section if the user has allowed guests

User clicks “Guest Information” User may change the Section Label (default is “Guest

Information”) User can create up to 10 fields to collect information

about guests• First Name and Last Name can not be changed and are visible

by default (not required)• 8 custom fields with same functionality as custom fields for

registrant information (Question or Text Block)

New Pie Chart graph distinguishes between Registrants and Guests

There will now be a “Guests” column (when registering guests is allowed) displaying how many guests each registrant is bringing

A “Payment Status” column will now also display on this page

Clicking “details” will bring up all of the registrants’ information, including guest information

When an event is published there will be a “Tweet this event” option available below the event URLWhen the SO attempts to use this feature for the first time, there will be an “Allow” option

• SO clicks “Allow”• This takes them to a page where they can enter their login credentials

and allow CTCT to send tweets• Clicking “Allow” on this page will bring them back to CTCT with the

ability to tweet directly from the Event Details Page• “Tweet this event” is now a clickable link

Create an Event In the “Is there a FEE to attend your event?” section,

select “Yes” A “My Currency” section will appear with a dropdown of

different currency types 21 currency options All are supported by

PayPal Currency symbol and

three letter code will appear on the Registration form and reports
