India being a true democracy by virtue of experiences in the past and hence strict laws do not get passed by the people Habits of people for proper segregation of waste and disposal of get passed by the people. Habits of people for proper segregation of waste and disposal of house waste is still a concern and education is a problem with a democracy. States like Singapore, US, Europe literally enforce city clean policies by charging huge fines on people to make them understand what cleanliness means. It is difficult to pursue such strict polices with the democracy and political systems that exists in India. Hence people should come forward to

f change themselves for better surrounding and environment.

Currently 40 micron size is the lowest thickness to be used as per current laws. Government is not keen to change this. However, selective representation in multilayer packaging for protection and preservation have to be studied in detail by the panel of experts for healthy laws relating to packaging Government has already formed a committee of experts for compostable relating to packaging.
