- Improving forest eco-systems / Supporting projects on forest ecosystem servicies

- Multi-functional forest management plans drafted on the basis of ecosystems and landscape

- Forest communication roads – increasing the accessibility of forests and forest lands towards enhanced forest management and protection - -

- Setting up an efficient system for early fire detection, fire fighting, equipment procurement, training of personnel, etc.

Collaboration between countries and across sectors on the implementation of SFM.
