Standardkessel’s Condor Fd generator is the typical example of compact design water tube boiler, and the many specimens working from years can show how it can ensure the main prerequisites for an industrial use.
Condor FD can reach the temperature of 468°C in superheated steam production.
The Condor FD boiler has the following features:
D-shaped combustion chamber with the non symmetrical position of the pressure cylinders (lower and upper) that allows a better natural circulation of the water.
High efficiency thanks to the proper dimensioned tube nest and parallel multitubular realization.
Description Constructions control welding test, x-ray and ultrasonic controls, non destructive and water hydraulic pressure procedures ensure the high quality and long life performance of the boiler.
Soot blower strategically placed through the smoke passes, allow to clean the pipes wall during the boiler running. No plant stop for the standard maintenance.
Totally inspectionable boiler, both on water and smoke sides thanks to the big and well positioned manholes.
