PROJECT NARRATIVE
The Concho River and Trails Improvement project was created from the 1/2 cent sales tax to renovate and improve the great treasure that runs through San Angelo: our river. Directives from the City were to:
1. Provide as much bank stabilization as possible for our budget, using long term and aesthetically pleasing solutions.
2. Design new trails and renovate existing trails.
3. Design appropriate features/amenities along the trail that would enhance the river experience for all.
