Concessionaire’s Service Proposals

It is acknowledged by both Parties that notwithstanding that various provisions of theConcessionaire’s Service Proposals state that a Sub-Contractor of the Concessionaire will havecertain responsibilities or will perform certain actions, for the purpose of the ConcessionAgreement and as between HPTE and the Concessionaire, all actions and responsibilities set outherein as actions and responsibilities of any Sub-Contractor to the Concessionaire are deemed tobe actions and responsibilities of the Concessionaire.
