Consumer demands are changing and evolving and
innovation becomes an imperative.
=> Which innovation are we talking about, as it comes
in many shapes and forms?
At CONCERTO we take the broadest
possible view, a 360⁰ view, on…
• Products and Services
• Customers
• Processes
• Channels / New Markets

How do we define Innovation?
Innovation is the successful implementation of new products/services
to increase customer value
• An idea is not yet an innovation, it only becomes one if it is turned into a
value proposition for customers
• Business innovations driven by internal dimensions like processes and
channels do eventually also lead to increased customer value, be it directly
through better prices, greater delivery speed or increased resources for
R&D
