Jane Peters began her studies with
LyndaL Hendrickson in AdeLaide,
making her debut at the age of ten.
She gained internationaI recognition
in 1986 when she won the
Bronze Medal in the International
Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow.
Since then she has won the
Pro Musicis International Award in
1,994 and performed throughout
the world at such prestigious
venues as the 0p6ra Comique in
Paris and Carnegie Hat[ in New York.
Jane now permanently resides in
Europe but returns regutarly to
AustraLia, where she has performed
with most of the country's main
chamber and symphony orchestras.
Presented in association with the ABC
and the Guadagnini Violin Trust.
