PEOPLE SHARE THEIR COSTS

- For each ride the passenger pays a little

amount (cheaper than the public transport)

to the account of the driver. We can con-

clude that this way of transporation is

cheaper for the driver and the passenger.

The price is automatically calculated by the

system on the number of passengers and

the amount of kilometers.

- Taxdiscount (optional).

IMPLEMENTATION

- The implementation is a succes through

a lot of employees going the same way or

to the same destination.

- Advertisement / Campaign.

There is a New Way Of Transportation

developed for Kolding and the surronding

areas. It helps collegues,to connect, meet

through work and share a ride to or from

the office.

TARGET GROUP

- People that are willing to share a car/ride

to the same destination.

- Companies or buildings with a minimum

of 50 employees.

SIMPLE AND EASY IN USE

- People have the ability to give one

another a ride by sharing their cars to

reach the same destinations.

- People can be a driver or passenger

- To sign in at the entrance, or by a

personal computer (optional iphone).

- When a passenger checks in for a ride,

a pop-up window shows on the drivers

computer. When a driver checks in for a

journey, a little pop-up window shows up

at the computer of all employees. This

shows the journey details, destination and

time.

LARS AND LENE LARSSØN SHARE HER CAR AT 17.30 TO STRANDHUSE. WHILE DRIVING TOGETHER THEY SAVE MONEY, DRIVE GREEN AND ENJOY EACH OTHERS COMPANY.

ONCE LARS IS IN THE SYSTEM, HE SIGNS UP FOR A RIDE. HE PRESSES THE RED DOT (PLACE) TO SHARE A RIDE WITH LENE TO THE SAME DESTINATION.

HE TRANSFERS THE AGREED SHARED COSTS FROM HIS EMPLOYEE CARD-ACCOUNT INTO LENES’. COSTS ARE AGREED BY AN AUTOMATIVE CALCULATED SYSTEM.YOU ARE SIGNED IN AS
