The concept is to maximise the benefit of your meeting through motivation, participant involvement and active, hands-on experiences – because when your message is seen, heard and tested, it stays with participants in the form of an unforgettable experience.

Motivating Meetings form an integral part of your meeting experience at Comwell. Using your meeting as our point of departure, we jointly identify the activities that support your meeting goals. Activities can range from short motivational meeting boosts, coopera-

tion and communication exercises, physical energy-promoting activities, mental training with mindfulness, theory and practice in the form of guest speakers to fully facilitated meetings.

Working closely with Louise Meng who holds an MSc in human nutrition, Com-well’s chefs have developed a dietary concept focusing on health and nutrition. We call it Comwell Care.

With Comwell Care, guests wanting to fol-low a healthy diet have the opportunity to select special Comwell Care breakfast and lunch buffet alternatives.

The Comwell Care dishes are based on eight dietary recommendations made by the Danish Health and Medicines Authori-

ty. The dishes carry a small Comwell Care label, making them easy to spot at the buffets.

Comwell Conference Center Copenhagen is Denmark’s largest and most unique conference centre offering 48 flex-ible, tastefully furnished meeting rooms and auditoriums that can accommodate up to 930 people. All the facilities are fitted with the latest IT and AV equipment to success-fully cater to meetings, exhibitions, events or conferences.

Our impressive congress foyer features an imposing plant wall with more than 2,550 plants and lots of daylight. With its own separate entrance and spaciousness, the

congress foyer offers a spacious, flexible setting for events of all kinds. The magnificent foyer can accommodate 600 standing or 400 seated guests.

We provide delicious cuisine in beautiful surroundings in the Treehouse restaurant, which can seat up to 235 guests for lunch, dinner or your party event. The Terrace is our open, flexible balcony for standing receptions, workshops and other types of events with room for 200 people. Featuring designer furniture, the Terrace is a modern, functional set-ting for slightly smaller events.

Our outdoor meeting facilities consist of five unique meeting rooms, an outdoor amphitheatre, two tepees and several fire rings. In our outdoor kitchen, our chef prepares delicious meals that are served and enjoyed

With its commanding view of the beach and Køge Bay, Comwell Køge Strand is truly exceptional, and the recently refurbished hotel oozes atmosphere with its appealing modern beach hotel interior.

Comwell Sønderborg is a modern conference hotel offering state-of-the-art IT and AV facilities. Sønderborg Theatre, which lies in continuation of the hotel, can accommodate up to 498 meeting partici-pants. The theatre is designed as an amphitheatre and

COMWELL AARHUS

In summer 2014, Comwell Aarhus opened its doors for business. The hotel occupies one of the city’s most central locations in the central work-shop area between ‘Spanien’ baths and Bruuns Galleri.

Given our vision of creating a genuine designer hotel, Comwell Aarhus decided to collaborate with HAY. The end result is a unique designer interior which you will not find anywhere else in Denmark. All rooms, irrespective of type, offer an unhindered view of either the city, harbour, forest or beach.

Beautifully situated near Kildeparken and close to Aalborg city centre, lies Comwell Hvide Hus Aalborg, offering the best and most varied conference room facilities in the city – ranging from small meetings rooms designed for interviews, for example, to the imposing Ny Kilden hall, which can house everything from exhibitions to major congress events.

The hotel also has four meeting rooms and an exclusive business lounge lounge offering the best view of the city from the 15th floor. The ground floor boasts six meeting rooms, two of which have access to a terrace facing Kildeparken. All the rooms feature state-of-the-art IT and AV equipment and free Wi-fi.

The hotel atmosphere is decidedly cool classic – old virtues with a modern twist in a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel has 198 tastefully furnished rooms where

the emphasis is on cosiness. On the 14th floor, you will find the Executive floor, where we have gone to even greater lengths vis-a-vis interior design, while the entire 16th floor is dedicated to our brand new fitness room.

In the classically designed restaurant Vesterbro, guests can watch chefs preparing the food. Our menus highlight simple, great tasting cuisine that uses only the finest raw ingredients.
