What is Computer Network ???

A computer network is a telecommunications network that allows computers to exchange data. In computer networks, networked computing devices pass data and shire file to each other along data connections.

Wide Area Network (WAN)

Metropolitan Area Network (MAN)

Local Area Network (LAN)

LAN Card: A LAN card is an computer circuit board insert into a computer to connected to the network.There are three types of LAN card.

Network topology : Topology is the arranger on shapes on layout of a computer in a computer network. There are different types of topology , the major three topology are Bus Topology, Star Topology & Ring Topology .

Network protocol : Protocol consist of a set of rules that used to transfer message from one computer system to another.

There are five types of network protocol :

Connectivity devices : Connectivity devices are devices that is used to make physical network connection.
