The new portal allows our members to exchange their current Compuceeds to Bitcoin. Each
member may exchange their bitcoins with other members (peer to peer, anonymously) or
deal with notable exchangers in there area such as Coinbase, Bitstamp, Coins.ph, etc. They
may also opt to load their mobile wallet or debit cards through our partnership with DCP or
choose available cash out options from COPL. DCP & COPL services are dependent on our
ability to provide them access to cash reserves.
Our Finance Department will also be monitoring and conducting Bitcoin trades with notable
exchangers by continuously buying low and selling high.
Members will still be in-charge of the production, distribution, sales and marketing of their
main product: the Virtual Prepaid Cards.
All VPCs are paid in Bitcoins at current rates prescribed by Blockchain.info

Answers to questions brought out by our Staff
Q & A
Questions from Staff
24
Q - Yes, that I do understand, It’s the 1 Satoshi = 1 Compuceed I still don’t get it. Can
you explain that please?
A. When bitcoin started, you can buy 5000 bitcoins for $5. Same way, you must acti-
vate 5000 Compuceeds with 5000 Satoshis or 0.00005 BTC
This is done to record your ownership transaction on the blockchain. In short, this step
is only done to programmatically record your proof of ownership on the blockchain re-
gardless of the current exchange.
Although it is possible for us to require earning bits rather than satoshi, we chose
satoshi to speed up the transition.
Q. Why earn Satoshi if all Compuceeds will go to portal balance and from there we
can purchase Bitcoin?
A. It is required to activate your account. Your balance will remain pending until every
present member have accumulated the required number of satoshis. We cannot
deal with Bitcoin until ALL balances which means all available Compuceeds in circu-
lation are represented on the Blockchain.
If we let you buy bitcoins with your Compuceeds, then that would require the compa-
ny to be an exchanger. Meaning, more regulations to follow, and more time to wait.
Q - I understand that 1 Satoshi = 1 Compuceed = 1 Euro but where does the Bitcoin
come into it please. This I can't get my head around.
Bitcoin is the path to convert Compuceed to Euro or any fiat currency. They are the only
virtual currency right now with exchange service providers available globally.
Q - Do we have to have 100,000,000 Compuceeds to get one Bitcoin
A. After activating your account, yes. Bitcoin will be treated as it is.
25
Q - if 1 Bitcoin = say 500 Euro (500 Compuceeds) and the market for Bitcoin is set to
soar in 2016. Wouldn't that mean that it will cost us more to buy a Bitcoin. I am not
sure on Henry's reasoning that we will benefit from the increase in the Bitcoin price
or have I missed something as I am confused:
It is set to soar, but don’t forget that it will remain volatile and it will fluctuate which
makes it an excellent way to earn by playing into its large price swings.
Q – Will I need to open a bitcoin account?
A – Yes. For safekeeping your Bitcoins and to participate with exchange service provid-
ers. Your Compumatrix Account already provides you a Bitcoin eWallet but you might
be required to open another one from third-party bitcoin programs.
Somehow I got the impression it's all concentrated to the Portal now?
Yes. We are placing all activities on the portal.
Q – what happens to our Satoshi we earn that’s over and above the amount of Com-
puceeds we have?
The moment you have met the required satoshis to represent your stake on the block-
chain, all transactions will be considered as an additional normal Bitcoin transaction
which increases your Bitcoin Balance.

Buy/Sell BTC
Guidelines on Buying or Selling BTC
28
There’s a very simple rule when buying or selling bitcoin:
Always remember that the Buy Rate is always lower than the Sell Rate. When you buy
Bitcoins, we use the sell rate. Alternatively, we use the buy rate when you sell or convert your
bitcoins towards your available balance.
In short, you are already at a loss when you start the trade. In order to win, you must wait for
the Buy rate to be greater than the original sell rate.
Example:
You buy 10 Bitcoins at a rate of 405.00 EUR each. This will give you.
Account Balance 5,000.00 EUR
Bitcoin Balance 0.00000000 BTC
BUY 400.00 SELL 405.00 BTC/EUR
Account Balance 950.00 EUR
Bitcoin Balance 10.00000000 BTC
BUY 400.00 SELL 405.00 BTC/EUR
29
In order to win a trade, you have to monitor Buy Rate. Assuming the Buy Rate becomes 406,
then you can do a sell transaction. Which gives you 1 EUR for every Bitcoin you originally pur-
chased and thus giving you a total profit of 10 EUR.
In short, in order to profit you have to wait for the market to provide you the right price.
Account Balance 5,010.00 EUR
Bitcoin Balance 0.00000000 BTC
BUY 406.00 SELL 411.00 BTC/EUR
In contrast, when you SUBSCRIBE to a DIAMOND CARD, it will cost you 300 EUR. And
you earn 100 euros when your card is sold. IF AND ONLY IF, your card is sold. Thus we
can say that you only earn when sell the card by attracting your TARGET MARKET to
pay the exact price.
