PT Telen Orbit Prima is a coal concession company that also is subsidiary of PT United Tractors, Tbk (incorporated in Astra Heavy Equipment Mining Energy Group).

Officially established since February 9th 2008, the Company has a vision “To be among top 10 coal producer in Indonesia” and mission “To become a company that : Provide significant business opportuni-ties to the group, Contributes to the group by maintaining the balance of Economic, Social, Environmental”.

PT Telen Orbit Prima‘s mine is located in middle of Borneo and officially producing coal since April 2010. So far, the Company has managed to export over 300,000 ton and the number is expected to increase along with increasing its total demand for TOP Green Coal.TOP Green Coal is classified as premium quality coal. This coal from TOP is bituminous coal with low ash level. However this makes TOP Green Coal as environmentally friendly coal.

As a coal producer company, PT Telen Orbit Prima however still showed great concern toward enviromental sustainability. One of the Company effort to maintain this sustainability is through producing TOP Green Coal.

TOP Green Coal is a coal with low ash levels. Low levels of ash causes the low ash generated during coal combustion process tobe-come more environmentally friendly. TOP Green Coal ash has a low level due to the TOP of coal through the coal washing process using the washing plant. Not many coal producers do this process on their coal products, and PT Telen Orbit Prima perform this process within the framework of corporate concern for the environment.
