• The two bar backs can only do the bussing, any other kind of help, assuggestions,willcosta5pointpenaltytothecompetitor;
• Eachcompetitorgets3mintimetopreparetheperformancesetup(ifmorethere'sa2pointpenalty)and2min to takeapart their stuff fromthestagewhenfinished(ifmorethere'sa5pointpenalty);
• Only4people can train togetherat the same time in thepractice room,byfollowingthecompetitionrunningorder,assuch itwon'tbepossibletorestthere and to train elsewhere (not following this rule may lead todisqualification);

Thesetupforthestationwillbethesameforallcompetitors.SeethestationsetupatAppendix2.Garnisheshavetobeintheircontainers,bottlesinthespeedrackattheiroriginalpositions.The main goal of this round is to demonstrate professional working flairtechniques, craft bartending and proper drink making. All ingredients for thedrinks, such as bottles, glassware, store’n pour containers, ice, garnishes,napkins,etc.willbeprovidedbytheorganizer.
Competitors may bring their own bar tools like: cocktail shakers, jiggers, barspoons,icescoops,barmats.Allbottleswillbehalf full,equippedwithstandardmetalpourers.Notapecanbeusedinthisround.TheFinestCallplasticbottlecanbesettothedesiredlevel.
