• All bartenders have to be minimum 18 years of age to be part of the

competition;

• To take part to the competiton, competitors have to send an email to thefollowing address: [email protected], and transfer theregistration fee in advanced based on the infromation provided by theorganizer.

• Allrulesandjudgesareeffectiveateachstage;

• Allcompetitorsmustwearanappropriateoutfit.Clothesasshorts,gymwear,etcarenotadmitted(penalty-5points);

• Allcompetitorsmustweartheeventt-shirt,whichwillbegivenatthearrival,throughout thewhole competition (on stageand in thepractice room).Notfollowingthisrulemayleadtodisqualification;

• Everycompetitorcanusetwo(2)barbacks.Duringtheperformanceonlythecompetitorandthetwobarbackscanbeonthestage;

• The two bar backs can only do the bussing, any other kind of help, assuggestions,willcosta5pointpenaltytothecompetitor;

• Eachcompetitorgets3mintimetopreparetheperformancesetup(ifmorethere'sa2pointpenalty)and2min to takeapart their stuff fromthestagewhenfinished(ifmorethere'sa5pointpenalty);

• Thestagesetup,asforthe lights,willbearrangedbyourstaffandcan'tbechanged;

• Nomore than 5 objects (shakers, glasses, jiggers, special barmats, etc) areallowedon thebartopat thebeginningof theperformance.Theofficialbarorganizerandnapkinsarenotpartofthe5objects;

• Onlythereadycocktailscanbeonthebartopattheendoftheperformance.

• Everydelaymustbeannouncedbeforehand;

• Performancebottlesmusthaveno labelsandbecompletelyclean.Ourstaffwillprovideacompetitionlogotoputonallbottles,otherwisetheycan'tbeused.Pleasemakesurethatyoucleanyourbottlesbeforethecompetition!

• Only4people can train togetherat the same time in thepractice room,byfollowingthecompetitionrunningorder,assuch itwon'tbepossibletorestthere and to train elsewhere (not following this rule may lead todisqualification);

• Competitorswillstoretheirbagsinasecuredesignatedplace;

• Allcocktailsmustbepreparedwithliqueursandpurees,waterisnotallowed;

• Workingflairperformancebottlesmustbeequippedwithametalpourer,halffullandnottaped;

• Exhibitionflairbottlesmustcontainatleast½ozofaproductandmaybeequippedwithaplasticpourerandbetaped(butonlyaroundthetopofthebottle);

• AllsponsorbottleshavetobeflairednincludingFinestCall.

• Thefirst10competitorsofthequalificationroundwillhavedirectaccesstothestageeventfinalinthatday,andthefirst10willbeadmittedtotheWorldFinalinNovember;

• Designatedjudgeswillevaluatethedrinkspreparedandgiveascorefrom0to50thatispartofthefinalscorewithallflairperformancepoints;

• ThenewWFAscoringsystemwillbeused;

• LoolapaloosaFlairBartendingChampionship2017WorldFinalwillbeaWFAGrandSlamCompetition.

Thesetupforthestationwillbethesameforallcompetitors.SeethestationsetupatAppendix2.Garnisheshavetobeintheircontainers,bottlesinthespeedrackattheiroriginalpositions.The main goal of this round is to demonstrate professional working flairtechniques, craft bartending and proper drink making. All ingredients for thedrinks, such as bottles, glassware, store’n pour containers, ice, garnishes,napkins,etc.willbeprovidedbytheorganizer.

Competitors may bring their own bar tools like: cocktail shakers, jiggers, barspoons,icescoops,barmats.Allbottleswillbehalf full,equippedwithstandardmetalpourers.Notapecanbeusedinthisround.TheFinestCallplasticbottlecanbesettothedesiredlevel.

• Competitors may use spices, smoking tools etc.. to prepare their cocktail,althoughnohomemadeproductsareallowed.
