Tomorrow’s Leaf ® is a direct to consumer and peer-to-peer marketing company in the business of marketing distributing naturally derived high-end skin care, essential oils, oil blends, nutritional supplements, specialty personal care and wellness products through an organization of self-employed independent consultants.

COMPENSATION PLAN

TLC CONSULTANT BENEFITS• Purchase products from the company for personal use or resale at a minimum

30% up to 45% discount off retail price.• Earn a minimum of 30% commission for all retail sales conducted on a personal

TLC website including discounted customer auto-ship orders• Opportunity to earn additional commissions, bonuses and ranks • No commissions are earned for cash transactions made direct from consultant to

customer outside of their website

CONSULTANT ACTIVATION• Join Tomorrow’s Leaf ® by paying the one-time non-commissionable

Administrative Fee of $39.95 or $59.95 which includes full size retail product(s) and brochures at no charge.

• Pay an annual $19.95 maintenance fee for back office and personal replicated website technology and due annually thereafter on the anniversary of joining.

COMMISSIONS & BONUSESThere are eight ways to be rewarded in the Plan as follows:1. Retail Sales Weekly Rewards (Paid Weekly)2. Product Pack Weekly Rewards (Paid Weekly)3. Retail Sales Monthly Bonus (Paid Monthly)4. Uni-level Bonus (Paid Monthly)5. Team Builder Matching Bonus (Paid Monthly)6. Generations Bonus (Paid Monthly)7. New Customer Enrollment Bonus (Paid Monthly)8. Rank Advancement Performance Bonus (Paid Monthly)

RETAIL SALES REWARDSAll Active Consultants earn 30% commissions on all full retail and retail auto-ship orders made on their TLC website.

PRODUCT PACK REWARDS$100 for each Consultant you sponsor with a $299 Sapphire Pack$150 for each Consultant you sponsor with a $399 Emerald Pack$225 for each Consultant you sponsor with a $699 Ruby Pack$325 for each Consultant you sponsor with a $999 Blue Diamond Pack

RETAIL SALES MONTHLY BONUS The company understand that some consultants may not wish to build organizations but may wish to build a business with retail customers only This bonus will pay out additional commissions above the standard 30% as follows:$0.00- $99.00 = $0$100.00- $999.00 =7%$1,000 plus = 10%

UNI-LEVEL BONUS The company pays out to qualifying consultants generous uni-level commissions.

TEAM BUILDER MATCHING BONUSCommencing with the rank of Platinum Executive Level II, the company pays out personal and non-personal team matching bonuses.

GENERATIONS BONUSCommencing with rank of Platinum Executive Level II, the company pays out a Generations Bonus.

NEW CUSTOMER ENROLLMENT BONUSEnroll a block of three new customers in one month and receive a bonus of $50. There’s no limit, so enroll 3, 6, 9… or more, and earn more. Any unused customers do not roll over into the next month. A new customer must spend at least $50 in their first order net new of any discounts or shipping.

When a Consultant earns advancement to a higher rank by meeting all the conditions of higher monthly rank qualifications, a one-time Rank Advancement Performance Bonus will be earned by both qualifying consultant and their **personal sponsor as follows: Bonuses paid the month following qualifications. Bonus is not earned if rank is vested by company.

CONSULTANT RANK ADVANCEMENT: • Silver - $100 Enroll month plus one • Gold - $100 Enroll month plus two • Platinum - $150 Enroll month plus three

MID-LEVEL RANK ADVANCEMENT• Platinum Executive Level 1- $500 Any month achieved • Platinum Executive Level II - $500 Any month achieved

LEADERSHIP RANK ADVANCEMENT• Associate Director - $1,000 Any month achieved • Executive Director - $2,500 Any month achieved • Elite Executive Director - $5,000 Any month achieved • Chairman’s Club- $12,500 Any month achieved • Chairman’s Reserve Club - $25,000 Any month achieved

RANK ADVANCEMENT PERFORMANCE BONUS NOTE: **Personal Sponsor of Rank Advancing consultant must be a “Qualified” Associate Director Level, or above, during the same month consultant attains rank advancement, to be eligible to earn a bonus of one-half the bonus amount earned by their advancing consultant.
