Project name: Aryskum LPG Storage - Akshabulak
Service: Engineering, Procurement Supp, Construction Supp. (MSS)
Year: 2005.
The LPG from the GTP process shall be pumped to an LPG storage systemto be located on an adjacent site to the GTP facility.
Therefore PM Lucas has designed Liquefied Petrol Gas storage and tankcars loading facility, with the following capacities:Storing capacity: 12 LPG above ground bullets, 200 m3 each, 2400 m3total storing volumeLoading capacity: three pumps and three tank loading stations 45 m3/h unitcapacity
Project name: Gas Treatment Plant - Akshabulak
Service: Engineering, Procurement Supp, Construction Supp. (MSS)
Year: 2005.
In the existing COPS facilities all incoming inlet fluids was directed to thehigh-pressure separators. The gas and oil are separated and oil is thenheated and enters the low-pressure separator. The produced crude oil isthen sent to the storage tanks, while all gas (from all stages - high pressure7.5-9.0 bars, low pressure 1.5-3.0 bars and tank gas recovery) was flared. This facility is designed to capture all of the gas currently being flared anddirect it to the proposed gas treatment facility. In order to sell the gas, thesame must be treated to meet hydrocarbon and water dewpoint so that itcan be pipelined to the delivery point at Kyzlorda.

Provisions forinstallation of future required equipment necessarily for handling the flowrate of 7500 BOPD with 40% water cut will be provided. The key element ofthe approach is to install the CTPF in three distinct stages to match thecash flow with the drilling and overall development. The first stage wouldprovide for the expected production from the existing wells and the 2004drilling program together with the basic infrastructure. The second stagewould provide for additional production and/or increased water cut orspecial additions to handle operational problems that may have arisen afterthe initial phase. The final phase would bring the facility to full throughputwith any additional tankage and pumping or to address operationalproblems. The test and group lines from the North and Southeast wing willbe flowlined to the main facility with suitable inlet manifolding and testseparation.
