Customer satisfaction and the loyalty that we receive from the customer rests primarily on the degree in which the customers are involved in the entire operational process. The key element that defines a good business relationship is trust and it is important that everyone involved in the business must be aware of our commitment to “Deliver the Promise”. We are selective in our approach to new business to ensure that we have the capacity and resources to service the customers effi-ciently and effectively.
