The following outline the construction key activities.

A. SURVEY

Dilapidation Survey report to provide itemized records and photographic proof of all internal &

external premises finish prior to commencement of work. This acts as a benchmark for accessing

works that have been undertake and to guard clients from claims of adversely the landlord’s finishes.

B. SITE SET-UP

Site Office – For regular client, trade contractor and nominated sub-contractor project

meeting on site.

Material Storage – For safe keeping of materials and equipment.

C. CONSTRUCTION WORK PROGRAMME

Detailed construction work programme identifying the interaction of suppliers and sub-

contractor at work on-site.

Establishing the critical path of construction works in order to measure the project on-time

completion.

D. QUALITY CHECKS

Checking materials as they are delivered to site.

Continual appraisal at construction quality during every stage of construction.

Managing snagging to capture defects and rectify.
