Sprinter Real Estate Investments Limited (Sprinter REI Ltd) is a company whose core business is in the real estate sector through the development of market-friendly and alternate housing options.
Sprinter REI Ltd has been in the construction industry since 2015 when it was first registered. Since then, the company has handled several projects in the Kenyan real estate industry.

Sprinter REI Ltd starts by commissioning a feasibility study to determine the viability of a real
estate project in an area, purchases land, commissions drawings for the same, gets approvals
from the relevant authorities and then commences construction.
THE SPRINTER REI LTD CONCEPT
As opposed to selling ready-for-occupancy houses, Sprinter REI Ltd has adopted the concept
where it invites development partners in its pre-grounding phase, who purchase a percentage
of the development at subsidised cost. Through such purchases, the company raises construction
capital. To enhance affordability of houses among its target market, the company also sells another
percentage of the houses mid-way through construction, and another percentage at the post-
construction phase.

Richard is a renowned interior design contractor. He has done work for the high-end residential homes and government
offices such as:The Official Resident of the Deputy President, The Stables – Karen, Chandaria Business Innovation and Incubation Centre at Kenyatta University, The ICPAK Centre and The Post-Modern Library and Kenyatta University. He was did renovation works for the Tropic Air Offices and Nanyuki Airstrip, renovation of Blue Bird Aviation hangars, The Coptic Hospital, British Homes at Nanyuki and Karen, and Mount Kenya Estate at Olpajeta Conversancy among other projects.
Richard is the Chief Executive Officer at Sprinter Real Estate Investments Ltd, where he is also a director.
Teresiah W. Njenga – Director
Apostle Teresiah Njenga has been the Director Samnje Enterprise Ltd, an imports business since 2002. She is also the founder of Give Hope
Ministries, an outreach ministry founded in the Christian Faith with the intention of winning souls for the Kingdom of Christ. She also founded the Give Hope Children’s home in 2009.
Apostle Njenga currently serves as a Director at Sprinter Real Estate Investments Ltd.

Perminus Kariuki- General Manager
Perminus Kariuki holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Maseno University and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA 2). His
career life started as a Procurement Manager at the Science Lab before assuming the post of a Cost Controller at Sovereign Hotels in Kisumu. He later moved into the real estate industry where he worked as a Marketing Manager in one of the prominent firms in Kenya.
Perminus has wide experience in real estate and is a familiar face in media interviews where real estate development in Kenya is a topic. He is also involved in different investment groups such as the Business Network International (BNI) Nairobi Chapter.
He currently serves as the General Manager at Sprinter Real Estate Investments Ltd.
Rose W. Ndirangu- Marketing Manager
Rose Ndirangu is a graduate of Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. She has previously worked as head of Customer
Service in a prominent financial institution in Kenya before joining Sprinter Real Estate Investments Ltd where she serves as the Marketing Manager.
Among her duties is leading a team of Marketing Executives, business development, product development, and investment advisory.

Hope W. Gitangu - Sales Manager
Hope holds a BSC in Actuarial Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology. She is quite experienced in what she
does having started out as a Client Relationship Manager in a different company. She has also worked as a Business Development Manager before joining Sprinter Real Estate Investments Ltd where she currently serves as the Sales Manager.
Among her duties is leading a team of Sales Representatives, investment advisory, client relationship management and staff development.
N’sseta Muthoni– Customer Relationship Manager Diaspora
She holds a Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies Management from Kenya Institute of Management. She has worked in various capacities
as follows: Office Administrator for Kilifi Plantations Ltd 2001-2007, Procurement Officer at Gold crown foods (EPZ) Ltd 2007-2013, and an Independent marketer henceforth. N’sseta has a strong passion for marketing.
