COMPANY HISTORY

2010 - Humble beginnings

Our Journey started in 2010, when our company was legally registered under the Govt. of Rajasthan at Jodhpur District. We

have started our business with the small trading firm of general electrical & Safety supplies in sounding places.

2011 - The Good Times

In Year 2011 we got a good start up with various multinational companies, which change the whole way of our working and

officially we entered in the field of oil & Gas sector as Trader & Material Suppliers. We have opened a branch office in badmer,

Rajasthan to increase the work area. Now we have started dealing in almost all types of safety products, Trailers & Crane

Rentals, Mechanical & Electric Tools & many other products.

2012 - New opportunity of Growth

In 2012, we have got the biggest opportunity of lifetime, which was a packing & Forwarding contact of Bulk Cargo (Oil Well

Drilling Rigs). It was the best & tough experience for all of us to learn new things for further improvement. We have taken it as

challenge and succeeded with extremely satisfaction from client end. It opened the new arena for our company to grow

without any further limits…

2014 - Time to face Crisis

Due to Extremely huge fall in the values of crude oil, we have faced a crucial time when our client’s were losing their contracts

and moving out of the field. It’s a duration when there was very low volume of business done.

2015 - Riding out the storm

It was crucial but satisfactory time for the business; we have received new clients with good contracts which were a big relief.

2017 - A New Beginning

In 2017 there were major changes happen in the economics of Indian history. Totally New Taxation system was launched due

to which we have also taken a major step to change the entire system of working fundamentals. As it was a fresh beginning

after long crises we have introduced a new Company for further all transactions with the Name of “RITVI

INTERNATIONAL”. It’s not only a Fresh start but also gives new dimensions of opportunity and growth.

Ring Joint Gaskets

Metallic Ring Joint Gaskets are suitable for high pressure and high temperature applications. The Gaskets are available in R, RX, BX styles and in oval/octagonal profiles. Our manufactures gaskets in accordance with specific tolerances on CNC machines.

Metlic Ring Joint Gaskets fully comply with the ASME B16.20 standard and API spec 6A requirements (where applicable).

R type (oval and octagonal) solid sections to fit standard ring joint flanges with trapezoidal grooves.

Types RX and BX with complex beveled edge sections for wellhead pressures above 700 bar

Combination Gaskets – Used where two flanges of different sizes are to be joined together.

Split Gaskets – Used where an API flange is to be joined with a low pressure ANSI Flange where a spiral wound gasket is used.

Special metal gaskets made to customer specifications.

MaterialsStandard: Soft iron, low carbon steel, alloy steels F5 and 410; stainless steels 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321 and 347.

Non-standard: high nickel alloys, super alloy steels, and other stainless grades.

Rubber coated ring joint gaskets – soft iron metal ring joint gaskets are coated with nitrile rubber for testing wellhead assemblies and valves. Rings can be reused and do not damage flange grooves.
