Sewatama has been delivering power across ocean expanses

and mountainous terrains to even the remotest regions in

Indonesia since 1992.

Today, we have more than 1,300 people in 7 offices and 5

depot stations from Sumatra to Papua, providing a portfolio of

services that enables us to deliver total power solutions with

our current installed base of over 1 GW – more than enough

to power the island of Bali!

Our recently added subsidiaries, PT. Nagata Bisma Shakti

(Nagata) and PT. Pradipa Aryasatya (Pradipa), have taken us

to the forefront of developing renewable and thermal power

solutions.

Sewatama is a subsidiary of PT. ABM Investama Tbk. (ABM

Group), which is a sub-holding of PT. Tiara Marga Trakindo (TMT

Started as a rental division under PT. Trakindo Utama Energy Division.

Launched as PT. Sumberdaya Sewatama (Sewatama), a rental provider for Caterpillar diesel generator sets used mostly in mining and construction.

Added pumps into its equipment offering to meet the growing needs of the mining and construction industries.

Launched bi-fuel generator sets to produce high quality electricity, and mobile generator sets for rapid delivery of power.

Moved beyond rental with the launch of load bank equipment to support Sewatama’s first line of electricity capacity testing services.

Sewatama’s links with its holdings, the ABM and TMT Groups, enables access to a wide network

of experience and expertise in integrated energy resources and heavy machinery services.

Our product and services are tightly integrated into three business units: Temporary Power, Pillar,

and Operations & Maintenance. Within these business units, highly experienced people provide

total power solutions through consultation in research, design, installation, operation and

maintenance, even up to financing.

Our Business Development acts as a catalyst towards becoming an IPP through research and

development.

Temporary Power Business Unit provides reliable solutions with various power generator sets customized to specific site requirements. Our solutions include on-site research, installation, connection, monitoring, and project management support for utility and non-utility industries.

Pillar Business Unit has been providing high quality power solutions in water management since 2001, and has extended its service to power optimizing services for various types of plant and commercial facilities.

Operation & Maintenance Business Unit operates and maintains power generators, pumps, and gas turbine, as well as various types of power plants to raise productivity, while introducing high quality, safety, health, and environmental standards.

Business Development takes us beyond diesel power rental by focusing on research and development that will find relevant power innovations using thermal and renewable power solutions.

Temporary Power Pillar

Temporary Power Business Unit provides superior equipment

and services that allow customers to keep their operations

efficient, productive and reliable. Our services include three

types of solutions:

Urgent power solutions rapidly respond to emergency

situations with mobile, and easy-to-install technology.

Temporary power solutions customized to project requirements

that are determined from on-site research.

Planned power solutions providing superior power equipment

and services to ensure that business operations are efficient

and productive.

We operate over 1,000 power generator sets and pumps.

Pillar Business Unit provides high quality services in water

management including water transfer in difficult terrains,

as well as power optimization.

Since 2001, we have built strong track records in mining,

petrochemical, marine, construction and property industries.

Our operators are expert in analyzing, designing and installing

relevant solutions, and are highly competent in professionally

handling Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) adapted to

extreme ground conditions.

Our range of services includes consultation, design, installation

to operation and maintenance, as well as financing and

investment. Our power optimization service is done through

loadbank equipment rental and capacity testing, as well as

auditing of commercial facilities, such as parks, hotels, and

retail centers.

Pillar Business Unit oversees projects in Sumatra and

Kalimantan, and is expanding into the rest of Indonesia

as our customers go further into remote areas.

Operation & Maintenance Business Development

Operation and Maintenance Business Unit provides customized

solutions for power asset management, including operation

and maintenance of power generation sets and pumps.

We also provide consultation for improving equipment

productivity at various power plants.

We have over 1,000 skilled people trained for optimal handling

of basic diesel engines and electric generators toward

achieving high quality, safety, health, and environmental

operational standards. Our robust technical expertise and

experience are garnered through nationwide projects.

Our partnerships with OEM and its dealers allow us to be

responsive to ensure operational efficiencies for our customers

even in the remotest areas.

Our Operation & Maintenance Business Unit serves the rest of

Sewatama’s Business Units.

Business Development Unit acts as Sewatama’s arm, which

Since 2011, Sewatama launched two subsidiaries:

Sewatama’s initiatives are achieved through guidance on

strategy and investment from our holding company, the ABM

Group.

PT. Pradipa Aryasatya (“Pradipa”) is Sewatama’s

subsidiary that focuses on power solutions through

optimal use of thermal energy such as coal, gas and

fuel oil resources.

PT. Nagata Bisma Shakti (“Nagata”) is established

with focus on renewable energy solutions from hydro,

biomass, wind, geothermal, ocean and solar energy

resources that are innovative and relevant.

As a power solutions leader, we strive to be a good corporate citizen for our employees and their families, as

well as for our shareholders, customers, suppliers, and the community, including our environment, while strictly

complying to government regulations.

Among our efforts to ensure good relations with communities, Sewatama Disaster Response immediately

stepped in to provide aid and temporary power when earthquakes hit Padang and Yogyakarta, when flood hit

Situgintung as well as when Mount Merapi erupted. Beyond emergency relief, our Sewatama Volunteer Team,

together with Yayasan IBEKA, actively engages a community in Banten with a sustainable social business

model, to rehabilitate a Micro Hydro Power Plant through our Kasepuhan Ciptagelar Initiative.
