Greenfields Plumbing Design is headed up by Richard Craig who has more than 25 years’ industry experience. A former Chairman of the Western Cape chapter of the Institute of Plumbing South Africa (IOPSA), Richard is dedicated to quality design and efficient business processes. In 2006 he was named ABSA / WECBOF Business Person of the Year.

The Greenfields Plumbing Design teams are led by three contracts managers who manage a growing staff complement.

Our team is proficient in the use of HDPE, PEX, PPR, Pluvia / Rainflo rainwater and Mepla systems, as well as fire engineering.

Our commitment to quality, delivery of projects and the safety of our on-site staff rests with ongoing skills development and stringent HSE practices. Our on-site staff receive continuous training in the various plumbing disciplines as well as essential health and safety certifications.

Greenfields Plumbing Design is a member of IOPSA (WC) and the MBA (WC)

Established in 2013, Greenfields Plumbing Design emerged from a long history in the plumbing industry. Managing Director Richard Craig cut his teeth in the industry as a quantity surveyor at Rodney Craig Plumbers, in the early 1990s.

As a key player in the construction industry, Greenfields Plumbing Design collaborates with architects, building contractors, engineers, interior designers and project managers.

A commitment to quality and a passion for people are key business drivers, which underpin a credible and professional reputation as a plumbing contractor in the construction industry.

Our extensive experience as in the Western Cape has seen our teams work across a range of projects ranging from schools, shopping malls, residential and commercial developments, and hospitals.

Greenfields Plumbing Design is a verified Level 1 B-BBEE company, thereby enabling clients to claim 135% of spend in support of their own preferential procurement and B-BBEE rating.
