2005 Acquired licenses, plant and goodwill of CICO POWER local

at Dhaka and commenced business of AVR, IPS/UPS &

Batteries.

2007 Commence Manufacture/Supply Solar Power System off-grid

& On-grid System

2008 The Company obtained the ISO 9001:2008 Certificate.

2010 Commence Manufacturing of DTF up to 500KVA Transformer

& Electrical Sub-station Equipments. (Bangladesh Krishi

Bank).

2011 Set up manufacturing unit Transformer & Electrical Sub-station

Equipments & commenced manufacturing of power

transformers with a capacity 4MVA and increased capacity of

power conditioning transformers to 500KVA and commenced

of oil immersed transformer. with a capacity100KVA to

4000KVA Distribution transformer.

2012 Introduced a new Product " Lift/Elevator & Escalator" which is

our innovation on monitoring health of Elevator in Bangladesh.

2014 Commence supply, installation, testing & Commissioning of
