On behalf of our Board of Directors, I am pleased to inform you that since its opening, ARCO INTERIORS LLC has delivered exceptional results that are in line with our expansion plans. We have achieved significant milestones through the successful completion of major projects across the UAE.

Our focus on growth strategies and our ability to secure new and pivotal ventures both in Abu Dhabi and the rest of the Emirates showcases our strength in planning and deriving greater synergy from our new subsidiary, Arabian Co. ARCO INTERIORSArco Interiors is a one-stop turnkey solutions provider for all interior design and fit-out works. We specialise in delivering precision fit-outs to all areas of interior using retrospective designs. Our close-knit team of designers, architects, and engineers are able to translate client ideas into successful projects that work both aesthetically and commercially.

Our in-house talent pool extends from Project Director / Managers, Project Engineers, Production Engineers, Purchase department, Survey (quantity) department, HSE & QA/QC Officers to over 100 skilled technicians. Time management, material management and people management are the key components of turnkey projects that our teams are adept at handling.

The manufacturing division is optimally managed to provide resources that cut down on wastage and thereby ensures competitive market pricing. At Arco Interiors our most challenging and prestigious projects have been successful due to effective planning and management of time and resources.

And to ensure complete peace of mind, we provide added value long after the handover of the project by including post-delivery service and maintenance.

Arco Interiors recognizes its responsibility to our employees, clients, associates, subcontractors as well as our community and overall environment.

We have set HSE standards for ourselves to assure all employees a Safe Place of Work. We constantly strive to better our work to achieve our goal of zero incidents, with no lost time or reportable injuries, no environmental incidents, or property damage, and the smallest “environmental footprint” feasible.

This policy is signed by the top management of Arco Interiors and will be prominently displayed in our offices and on our sites. To this we secure the following commitments and actions:

- Compliance with HSE International, Local regulations and standards - Project hazard identification, evaluation and risk assessments in order to eliminate operational

hazards - Development, documentation and implementation of relevant procedures - Providing adequate information, training, instructions and supervision for employees to promote

PURPOSE

The purpose of the Quality Plan is to ensure that:

ARCO Interiors, quality requirements as expressed in the Contract are understood and meet. ARCO Interiors Quality System is planned, documented, communicated, understood by Project personnel, implemented and audited.

ORGANIZATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organization: The Project Organization Chart shows the key project positions and their interface as explained in the present Plan. Full ARCO Interiors Site organization shall be available and controlled independently of this document. Organization Chart changes (if any) will be done separately to this PQP. Therefore, this PQP will not be revised every time the organization charts are revised.

PROJECT MANAGER

Is ultimately responsible for the quality of all work comprised within the Contract, all managers and supervisors are directly responsible for the quality of the work or services performed by their workforce and are required to participate actively in the Quality System.

Reporting lines are as shown in the attached organization charts. Detailed management responsibilities are as stated in this Project Quality Plan and in the applicable Quality Management Procedures.

QUALITY

The ARCO Interiors Quality Control has the ultimate purpose to assure the Main Contractor & Client/Consultant that the permanent works are constructed, and handed over in compliance with the standards and the requirements stated in the Contract documents.

The ARCO Interiors Quality Control places effective controls on functions of Contract execution that affect quality from the review and planning of Contract to the Completion of the works.

Documentary evidence of conformance to these controls is maintained to give assurance to Main Contractor & Client/Consultants that the Quality Control is being adhered to.


THE QUALITY SYSTEM IS FOCUSED ON:

The Management Team efforts with regard to the review and planning of the Contract, the issue of clear, comprehensive work instructions and the objective use, resolution, corrective action and preventive action from recurrence of feedback information collected.

The requirements of all personnel adhering to the documentary operations, procedures, method statements and work instructions issued to them and providing the feed-back information to allow the systems on going refinement and adjustment that further enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality System.

The commitment and direction given by management and the effort and co-operation of all employees govern the effectiveness of Quality System.To provide products and services for the realization of successful project that meets contract and project is requirements to the satisfaction of Main Contractor & Clients/Consultant.

INTRODUCTION

This quality Plan is the principal quality document which plans and summarizes the quality system and the resources and controls for its implementation on the project. The quality Plan has been prepared and reviewed by ARCO Interiors Managing Office.

The scope of the present Quality Plan is as follows:

was a true challenge to design and build with limited

period. We have been provided a fresh impression to

client with completing and delivering the stunning

beauty of widest twelve floors offices in Abu Dhabi

World Trade Center (WTC).

ADMA (ADNOC) was decided to combine their

operational location to World Trade Center Abu Dhabi –

WTC. Our team efficiently designed and built 50

numbers of floors with international quality standard

in the longest business tower in Abu Dhabi in just 6

months.

DAFZA located next to Dubai International Airport

(Dubai Airport Free Zone Authority) is one of the most

renown Free Zones in the UAE and in an ideal business

location. Internationally renowned companies have

their offices in DAFZA for their activities in Dubai, the

UAE and GCC. Constantly increasing demand led to the

decision to build an additional Headquarter for DAFZA

management located as extension to the existing HQ.

Arco Interiors was the main ID contracting company

under Belhasa “The main Contractors”, the scope of

work involved all ID contracting work for a total Area

of 3800 sqm, the project was executed as per the

proposed program with extraordinary quality taking

in consideration the focus of details and materials

within the approved allocated budget from DAFZA and

handed over second quarter 2017.

are nominated by Ministry of Human Resources and

Emiratization to build over 200 customer services

centers Labelled Tawafq, Tawjeeh, and Taqieem, the

centers will provide integrated services to the target

customers of orientation and awareness operations

under the Labor Law and the ministerial resolutions in

execution thereto and any letters related to the labor

market and the UAE society's culture according to the

controls and provisions set by the Ministry.

Each center average space is 1,200 Sqm that includes

Rated as five star restaurant with a space of 570 Sqm

and furniture, the restaurant became one of the top

quality relaxing destinations at Intercontinental

resort, Arco in coordination with the client M/S Al Ain

properties and the lead Consultant NEB managed to

finish the project as full turnkey indoor and outdoor
