AAA Consultants have hands-on experience in risk management and third party auditing. Ace was the Regional Director of Security of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts where he was responsible for more than 34 properties in nine countries. Significant among his tasks was direct involvement in the billet security and safety of 14 Heads of States and other dignitaries during several ASEAN conferences held in Cebu and Manila in 2004-2007. He was the first country security manager of DHL Worldwide-Philippines where he further honed his skills in the area of electronic security systems. He is a trainor and facilitator of Asia World Hospitality and the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI)
He has been exposed to real estate, property, and facilities management after serving a number of years with various internationally known companies such as Jardine Land Inc., Jardine Properties Inc., Greenfield Development Corp., LandCo Pacific Corp., and Colliers International. He was an AIM Alumni Leadership Awardee (2007) and a finalist for the Mabuhay Award of the Hotel Industry (2006).
He has held various leadership and administrative positions during his stint as an officer of the Philippine Army. He was exposed to personnel and staff office management, intelligence, combat and civil-related operations, logistics utilization; and as a team leader and company commander, battalion and brigade staff. He was a company commander in the special anti-kidnapping task force in Mindanao. He is a recipient of several medals, citations, and awards for excellent administrative achievements and bravery in combat.
He studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos before entering the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) where he graduated as Class Baron and was commissioned into the Armed Forces of the Philippines in 1989.
As a PMA Zobel Scholarship awardee, he earned his Master in Management degree at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) in 1997. He also finished an online course in Marketing Planning in the Hospitality Industry, eCornell University in 2006. He finished an Executive Course on National Security from the National Defense College of the Philippines in 2008. He was the first Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) for a major port operator who led the successful implementation of the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code to South Harbor and three other key seaports in the country. He also served a transnational petrochemical company as Country Security Representative for its multi-million dollar polyethylene project from startup to decommissioning. Concurrently, served as its BCP coordinator in support of global security operations.
He was one of the security pioneers of the 2nd largest domestic airline carrier in the country that established an International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO)-compliant Aviation Security and Safety Department. Prior to this, he worked as an agent for a government intelligence agency.
He is a licensed professional teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in political science and a Master’s (postgraduate) degree in public administration from the Angeles University Foundation.

Prior to returning to AAA’s fold, Onill held the position of Security and Safety Manager for one of the country’s better known hotels and culinary institutions. He has learned the ropes of hotel security management by working his way up – from being a Security Supervisor at the Atlantis, Palm Hotel & Resort and a Security Inspector at the Jumeirah Village Triangle, both in Dubai, UAE to being a Junior Associate at the Mandarin Oriental Manila and a Junior Associate/ Security Manager at the Bayleaf Intramuros.
Fittingly so, Onill now heads PROtecTOURS, AAA’s professional protection program for the tourism industry. He spearheads security management of AAA clients in the tourism sector. He has his hands full engaging with clients to ensure seamless daily security operations of their businesses.

Noel has extensive local and international experience in safety and industrial security. He spent 7 years in the Philippine Marines mostly as an intelligence researcher and analyst. His knowledge and experience in safety was honed by his employment as a Safety Officer in a large construction company in Saudi Arabia and as a firefighter in Brunei.
Relatedly, he had more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry highlighted by his employment at the Makati Shangri-La Manila as Senior Security Supervisor. He also served as the Security Consultant of Kempinski Residences and Hotel Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, United Arab Emirates during its pre-opening and mobilization phase and .
Significantly, his 9-year stint with Dubai World Security (DWS) exposed him to megaprojects. He was assigned as the Project Security Manager for the Palm Jumeirah and served as Security Consultant to high profile clients such as Nakheel, Emaar, DEWA, JAFZA, RTA, Atlantis, Dubai Customs, du, Silicon Oasis, Al Tayer, and DP World.
