Energy qualifications and certifications Since many years, Seingim considers cost reduction due to energy-efficient buildings the

winning feature for drastically cutting down the consumption of fossil fuels (oil, uranium, gas).

This can be noticed from the exponential increase of energy prices, which also involve an increase

of heating, hot water production and electricity expenses for buildings.

This is why Seingim experts are specialised in the

choice of materials (insulation, fittings, construction

packages) according to thermal transmittance and their

composition;, the buildings heat consumption class is

decided already in the design stage to draft the energy

qualification or energy certification certificates (in

regions providing for implementing decree). This

certificate helps evaluating the buildings energy-

efficiency and preview costs related to energy consumption. Moreover, it is a source of

transparency for all those involved in its management.

In particular, some Seingim experts have the Climate House Expert certification, released by

the first agency that aimed to combine environment-friendly behaviour with economic calculations,

assigning the energy class to the buildings owner.

System automation and supervision System automation and supervision

Automation and supervision allow monitoring, controlling and optimising ongoing processes in real

time, thanks to the immediate interconnection between the systems and the data collection

system.

The use of a SCADA allows integration with Wap technology, thus allowing communication also via

SMS and telephone. The supervision system ensures less service disruptions should a failure occur,

thanks to the possibility to intervene immediately. Timely failure notification via PC allows for a

rapid verification of the sensors and systems in question.

Seingim Global Service offers a turnkey package, where hardware and software are sized
