1. Provide consultation and application of the rupture disc.

2. Able to choose the rupture disc based on customer process data.

3. Involved in rupture disc sizing calculation by using Fike Software (DisCalc)

4. Involved in Explosion Protection design by doing various calculation for the distance, volume and

quantity of the EP container using Fike Software which is VentCalc, IsoCalc and EP Design.

5. Installed Explosion Protection system such as High Rate Discharge (HRD), Standard rate Discharge

(SRD) and Pressure Detector (PD).

6. Performed the measurement of the HRD, SRD, PD and indicate the position as per Fike Drawing.

7. Capable to handling the cabling and wiring part of the EPACO system based on Fike drawing.

8. Inspect the wiring termination in junction box.

9. Performed Pressure Detector calibration & activation test.

10. Programmed EPACO system by using EPWorks Software to all EPC, PSU, AM and RC8.

11. Maintenance and service for Fike Explosion System.

12. Handling the report and documentation for projects.

13. Able to preformed drawing by using Drafsight/AutoCad

14. Understand the application of EP between sanitary and petrochemical industry.

15. Understand the application and function for spray dryer, cyclone, dust collector, especially the

equipment that deal with dust.
