Mobile Device Enrolling & Configuring Guide

1) First go to Google Play Store in your mobile device and search for the app Company Portal.

2) Select the Application Intune Company Portal as shown in pic-1 and install it.Once the application is installed a sign in page will appear as shown below. Click on Sign in. Type your User Account along with @sidf.gov.sa (note : user account) Type your user account and password here as shwon below.


3) Click on Set it up now

Select your country as “ Saudi Arabia , Enter your mobile number and select the option Send me a code by text message” as shown below


A text message will be sent to you as shown below with a unique code from Microsoft.

Enter the code here which you received from Microsoft anc click on Verify.

Once verification done you will receive the above page and click finished.


Click on the Authentication Phone is set to

+966XXXXXXXXXX to verify.

Then the below page will appear where your have click Next.

Just click on text me here.


Once you receive the new code from Microsoft, enter it in below screeen and click Verify.

This time click on Authentication Email Address Set it up now as shown in above pic.(Note :- Here you have to enter your alternate email like (hotmail, gmail etc.)


Enter the code you recived in email here and click verify.

You will receive an email with confirmation code from Microsoft as shwon below.

Once you enter the code both of the options will become green as shown below.


Once you click the highlted in the above picture it will give you the below screen, where you have to enter your alternate email to which a code will be sent via Email, and you will enter that code in the below.


Finally click ENROLL here and ALLOW in the below page.

Once you click allow the below page will be displayed, here you click CONTINUE


Click Done here, once click done it will show you the apps published.Note :- At present no apps published.


Click on ADD NEW ACCOUNT Enter your email address as [email protected] and password in the below screeen.

Once your enter your email ID and Password click on Manual Setup.


Select Account type as “Microsoft Exchange ActiveSynic”

Confirm your email address in this page and enter user name as “SIDF\username” , “password” and the Exchange Server as “webmail .s idf.gov.sa” and click on SIGN IN

Once you clink on Sign In the below message will appear, you click OK.


Once you click OK the below page will appear, where you have to click on ACTIVATE.

Once click on Activate then your mailbox retrival process will begin as shown in below pics.
