Company Picnic Saturday, June 25, 2016

About 50 NICP employees came to enjoy a day in the park, meeting together in the middle of the day for fun & games, door prizes, and lunch featuring bbq beef & fried chicken, corn, beans, salad, and ice cream.

employee anniversaries, and got us excited about our ESOP and increased

company valuation.

The picnic provided an opportunity for employees like Jerry Duran, Kim Konigsberg, and Deborah Kennedy to re-connect with their co-workers.

Inez was chosen as Queen of the Picnic, and promptly began giving orders to her subjects!

Our picnic MC, Ken, kept us entertained with everything from trivia & Simon Says, to dance & hula-hoop contests, to sack races & balloon tossing.

Zac’s son and Frank Vargas’s daughter were the front runners in the kids’ dance contest.

The last game was a water balloon toss - the perfect way to end a hot afternoon picnic!

Over all, it was apparent that everyone had a

great time and the event was a huge success!
