Our Group comprises of ten complementary divisions that cover every aspect of a commercial catering facility design and on-going operation. We are a proud British manufacturer of quality bespoke fabricated items, the vast majority of which are installed by our principle projects divisions Airedale Catering Equipment and The Design House.Airedale Building Services enables us to offer full turnkey solutions to our clients, completing minor building works including M&E, internal remodelling, painting and decorating that are often further sub-let out by our competitors. By working with just one service provider, we offer a seamless and efficient solution for all our many clients.

MANUFACTURING EXPERTISE

Benefiting from significant investment in machinery and design software, our 40,000 sq ft West Yorkshire factory has further enhanced the quality of the fabricated items we manufacture, whilst also increasing productivity. With preferred partnerships with the leading UK manufacturers of commercial catering equipment, an Airedale project can reduce the carbon footprint of our installations in support of a Group-wide commitment to becoming ever more sustainable.

DESIGN CAPABILITIES

• 75% of all our projects will have been designed and specified by ourselves.

• Need to work within BIM? We employ our own BIM Manager and regularly work alongside Main Contractor clients on any projects in which this is a requirement. In January 2019 we now employ our own BIM Coordinator to assist both our BIM Manager and our clients on all appropriate projects.

• In the last year we completed with a Main Contractor one of the largest individual projects to be delivered within BIM, Cambridge Assessors in that city.

• Our designs extend into the Front of House and Retail spaces through our specialist Interior Design division Arc.

Photo-realistic visuals created by our interior design division Arc help bring to life our interpreted vision for your new catering facilities.

Our National Service Centre responds to calls 24/7 365 days a year, making it one of the busiest in the UK. Our 90+ Service Engineers are located across the nation, which coupled with above average First Time Fix rates ensures we can deliver a class-leading service.Our Planned Preventative Maintenance contracts (PPMs) take the stress out of clients’ operations by minimising the risk of the commercial catering equipment breaking down.

SERVICE & MAINTENANCE

Asset management is an essential post-project service we offer to any client. We currently manage over £250m worth of assets across 6000+ properties nationwide. We employ our own team of data analysts who collate and interpret the data in order to provide our clients with an enhanced service including equipment reliability, operational performance and overall costs. Our Essential Solutions division kits out clients’ new or refurbished facilities with all the sundry, light equipment and consumables required to operate effectively.
