founded and registered since August, 1 9 9 6 in the name of Siam-Titan by the secure

cooperation of a group of good experienced engineers with the group of managerial persons

and businessmen. Prosper Titan is the professional team for working, supporting and

servicing the client in various type of jobs and projects. In 2014 , Siam Titan's Share's offering

71.8% to Prosper Engineering Co., Ltd. to strengthen and broader its business for growth by

marketing management, visionary to develop its business with ethic for the sustainable

growth.

particularly in side of the project management, and the engineering contractor. In addition,

the company also composes of a team work of engineers, management persons,

departmental staff and the large group of skilled workers who can sufficiently support every

job site of the company.

receives the reliance from our clients in every project such as the jobs or projects of the

factories in petrochemical complex or in the Industrial Estate, the public utility project, the
