What to expect from your Enrichment Coordinator and Enrichment Instructor?
1. The Enrichment Coordinator will send out to your students teacher a list of children who will be attending Enrichment Classes that day as well as the location of classes.
2. She will make sure your children are in their assigned classes by 3:20 PM.
3. She will walk around to all the classrooms during their class and check to make sure all is going well in the classrooms.
4. Enrichment Instructor will walk students up to the front office after class is over.
5. She will make sure all children are signed out and with their family at the end of class. Eagle’s Landing students will be walked back to Eagle’s Landing after their class.
What happens if your student doesn’t show up to class?
Your Enrichment Coordinator will:
1. Announce on the school PA system for your student to immediately go to their assigned class.
2. If your student still doesn’t show up, she will call your students teacher to see if they know where your student is.
3. At this point the Enrichment Coordinator will announce again on the PA system for your student to come to the location of their class and your Enrichment Coordinator will be calling parents to see if they picked up their child after school.
(*Please, if you’re picking up your student early, let your Enrichment Coordinator know before school is out via phone call or email.)
What are YOUR responsibilities?
1. Be on time to pick up your student after their Class.
2. Come through the front office to sign them out.
3. If your student is walking, please bring in a written consent for them to walk home after class is over. They must sign themselves out as well.
