Phase I: Family medicine by August 2018 Phase II: Integrated behavioral health, dental services by December 2018 Scope of Services: Expanding UT School of Nursing services at Children’s Wellness Clinic near Del Valle Elementary School. Currently only sees people up to 21 years of age. The new health center will serve children and adults.
