Allocate two groups of ways by which interaction between people can be carried out: verbal and nonverbal means of communication. It is considered that verbal communication gives less information on the purposes, truthfulness of information and other aspects of communication while on nonverbal manifestations it is possible to determine many moments which can't be advertized in conversation.
