COMMUNICATION TRAINING IN COLLEGES

NEED

Communication skills are essential for the successful future career of a student. In today’s

competitive world, communication skills in business are the most sought after quality of an

educated person. With the aim to increase the placement percentage and the overall

communication skills in the students, we conducted Communication and English Training at

various colleges and universities. We trained closed to 1lakh students all across India.

RESULTS

1. Semester’s pass results increased from 65 percent to 85 percent. Students were able to

write term papers ,essays and long writing assignments with clarity.

2. Placement percentage increased from 30 percent to 80 percent. Students cracked the

interviews in one go.

3. Many students got placed in good companies with the starting salary of Rs.35000/- and

Rs. 40000/-per month.

4. Confident demonstration of speaking skills during group discussions.

5. GMAT or GRE students got benefit from the mock sessions conducted as part of the

English speaking courses.

6. Many students got the possibility to start specializations in the best universities in the

world.

We successfully conducted various essential Communication Skills , Business Communication

Skills , Written Communication & English Enhancement training programs at various corporate

of all the major industries. We trained closed to 2lakh workforces which included the

executives, frontline executives, service advisors a, drivers, team leaders, managers, senior

NEED

Impressive communication skills being the need of the hour in school students, KAM Training

Services conducted communication skills and English conversation skills training programs at

various schools. We trained students from 4th grade to 12th grade including the faculty. We have

trained closed to 10000 school students.

RESULT

1. More involvement of students in the co-curricular activities. Participation percentage

increased from 40percent to 85percent in each class.

2. Examination results increased to 95 percent.

3. 95 percent of students got placed in top colleges.

4. Huge development in their career and it also helped the students to enhance their social

networking skills.

5. Helped them to listen, understand the point of view of teachers in the class.

6. Improvement in marks as they were able to express themselves during the

examinations.

NEED

KAM training services conducted Communication and English Language training for the

students of ITT’s and GRC’s. The main aim of training these students was to make them sound

polished and confident so that they can get jobs in the competitive market. We have trained

closed to 500 ITI students in batches.

RESULT

1. There was a great change not only in the behavior of the trainees but in the overall

confidence and communication skills.

2. A Large number of trainees were better placed and there was seen a considerable hike of

almost upto 50% in their monthly salary.

3. Got opportunity to work with good companies at a starting salary of Rs. 15000pm.

4. There was an incredible increase placement of girls (206 girls got jobs).

5. Girls with lesser improvement also bagged jobs for themselves and becoming

entrepreneurs with new -found confidence.

We conducted a lot of in-house Communication and English Language training including

reading, listening, writing, grammar, correct pronunciation (General / Business English /

commercial letter writing included) to motivate the aspiring individuals to speak English and

develop the speaking confidence for vernacular medium individuals like working

professionals , house wives, students ,businessmen, technical and non-technical

personnel, maids and servants .

1. Placement in TOP COMPANIES LIKE- Barclays, HCL, Genpact, Xavient

Technologies, Navigant Technologies.

2. Some of the trainees got promoted to senior level and there was increase in their salaries.

3. Most of the trainees cracked their interviews in one go and got opportunity to work with

overseas company.

4. Housewives started coaching at home. It built their confidence of speaking with their

children in English.
