Communication:
Word Communication derived from Latin word ("communis", meaning to share). It is the activity of conveying information through the exchange of thoughts, messages, or information.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
Internal communication denotes a type of
communication within the organization. This is also known as inter-communication. The internal communications, includes letters, memos, notices, instructions and orders.
EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION
The communication between the organization and the outsiders is called external communication. The external communication includes acknowledgement, enquires, tenders, meetings, conferences and notices.

SENDER:
Sender is the person who communicates the idea, understanding, and information, or material. He acts in the capacity of a speaker, writer, or encoder.
Message:Message is the meaningful information which a sender
send to receiver. The message may be in form of order, opinion, advice, suggestion, instruction, question, answer or material.
CHANNELS or medium:Channel is the way through which communication flows from
sender to the receiver. The transmission of message is through a medium. Each medium has its own set of rules.

BARRIERS:Sometimes, communication can break down. Often, this is due to
barriers that get in the way of effective communication. Barriers are the blocks in the flow of communication.

mental issues that stop you from doing a Communication.

Receiver:
Receiver is a person for whom the message is targeted. The receiver is the decoder. He, when receives, decodes or interprets the message.
Feedback: Feedback is basically response or replied of the receiver
to the sender. It helps the sender in confirming the correct interpretation of message by the decoder.
