When ordering multi-fold track shutter: If you choose centre tilt rod, the tilt rod will offset from the
centre. The standard offset for the tilt rod is 7mm from the centre. Tilt rod will be 7mm to the left
from the centre for the left panels, and 7mm to the right from the centre for the right panels. By doing

1.3.2 Offset tilt rod
For a regular panel (hinged) offset is 25.4mm from centre of tilt rod to end of louvre on hinge side.
When a panel split with centre stile requires offset tilt rods, the centre of tilt rods will be placed in
25.4mm from the louvre end on the regular stile not the centre stile.
1.3.3 Gear (secret) tilt
For a regular panel (hinged) the gear will be placed in the hinged stile. For panels with centre stiles, the
gear will be placed in the outside stiles. The louvre operation will be split into 2 parts automatically when the
number of louvres connected to the gear exceeds the following limit:
63mm louvre 21pcs
89mm louvre: 14pcs
114mm louvre: 10pcs
The bottom part will have one more louvre than the top part if the louvre qty is odd. If the louvre qty is
even, the top and bottom part will have the same number of louvres.

1.5.2 T Post Defaults
T-Post location will be such that even panel widths are created,
T-Post type depends on the following:
Where one or no shutters hinge off a T-Post default is 25mm T-Post. Where two shutters hinge
off a single T-Post default is 44mm (ie LTL = 25mm T-Post and RTL = 44mm T-Post)
Where 25mm and 44mm T-Posts are used on a single order – 44mm will be applied to all
T-Posts to have extensions on the back to align with frames unless otherwise specified
Note that 44mm T posts are NOT available in Woodbury & Siberian Larch
1.5.3 T - Post location
For inside mount, window size is required. The first T-Post location is measured from the left edge of the
window to the centre of the first T-Post. The Second T-Post location is measured from the left edge of the
window to the centre of the second T-Post.
For outside mount shutter, frame to frame size is required. The first T-Post location is measured from the left
outer edge of the frame to the centre of the first T-Post. The Second T-Post location is measured from the
left outer edge of the frame to the centre of the second T-Post.
Default for panels with T Post – if no position mentioned then the panels will be divided so that they are
equal width
