The challenges stress faced by medical consultants is increasing due to changing dynamics of the government policies, patient’s misjudgement, as well as the freely available internet “knowledge”. AMCON 2013 is tailored to help us face the challenges of practicing in the ever changing socio-political scene.

WhatsApp Wechat may be today’s “cool” lingo of communication but in medical practice, communication can either make or break a patient’s trust in us. The Aviation industry is also a high risk industry like Medicine. Is it time we learn safety alerts like them? Is doctor also a second victim in the event of medical mishaps? Have you been exasperated with the dichotomy of society's ethics versus medical ethics?

Friends we have the honor of listening to His Lordship, Hon’ble Justice Deepak Misra, Supreme Court Judge who will reflect on the current Judicial trends on Medical Negligence.

What started with a mission to curb the irrational stocking of allopathic drugs by non- allopathic doctors, has turned into a nightmare for the allopathic consultants who are prohibited from stocking dispensing emergency medication. Mr. Mahesh Zagade Maharasht ra FDA Commissioner will throw some light on this vexatious dispute.
