Planning and Development Zoning Administrator The subject property is zoned Rural (A2) under the Town of Caledon Comprehensive Zoning By-law 2006-50, as amended. Staff have reviewed this proposal under the A2 zoning provisions, and the applicant obtained building permit approvals for the detached dwelling with a modified driveway. The applicant is proposing changes to the driveway affecting the width, and therefore the variance is necessary. After reviewing the site plan provided, the applicant has hand written a measurement of 26.7m, but on the site plan, the calculation of driveway width is shown as 18.64m.
