JOE SPRAGGINS: well, first off, it's an honor to be here and an honor to be in this position. appreciate and thank you very much, the Coission and the Governor, for allowing me to have this opponunity. I can tell you, as the Agency, that we are in fantastic shape. la"'i e Miller did not 1 eave us in bad shape. He left us in vonderful shape. This agency is going to move forward, and my biggest goal in life is to keep that train on the same track and headed right do,m it. �·e are going to work hard with that. we've got great people here.
