Commercial Applicators

A certified applicator who uses or

supervises the use of any pesticide

(RUP or GUP) on the property or

premises of

another, or

making or supervising the application

each person making or supervising

When applicable, the names of non-

certified/non-registered persons

involved in the application

within 30 days of the pesticide

Records must be completed within 24

hours of the application and

maintained for at least 3 years

These records must be made

immediately available to the

Pennsylvania Department of

Agriculture upon request or to medical

personnel in an emergency

Penalties

The PA regulations allow for penalties

to range from a request for compliance

or a warning letter to a civil penalty up

to $10,000 for each violation
