PERSONAL OPINION ABOUT A PASSAGEOF THE NOVEL
y opinion the most representative fragments in the whole novel are tcific days: Tuesday, 29 September 1942 and Thursday, 1 October 194ink these two days can be considered as a summary of the main ideaes diary.
TUESDAY, 29 SEPTEMBER1942
Try to imagine this. We haventgot a bathroom, so we all takeour water away to wash indifferent places!Anne and the rest of the people
who lived there had to share thesame space all the day with thesame people. With this condition, all these people had to livewithout privacy.
So in conclusion, thisparagraph tells us about thedifficulty of trying to have anormal life in a reallyreduced space and with the
same people every day ofthe year.

THURSDAY, 1 OCTOBER1942
In this second entry, we canrealise the fright that waspresent in their daily life. Withthe Nazis invasion all Jews wereafraid of being taken toconcentration or extermination
camps.
They had to listen how planes
were bombing constantly theircity. They knew that every day alot of Jews were taken away fromtheir houses and they were afraidto be the next.
Because of that fright, people was
really nervous at anytime of theday and it caused a lot ofarguments and disagreementswhich made the life together moredifficult.

CONCLUSIONAfter having spent a lot of time studying the Second WorldWar, the Jews persecution and Annes Frank diary I haveto say that Im really proud of what I have done.I think that reading a book like that, which was written bya real person who really suffered the negative effects ofthe Jew persecution. It is shocking to read Annes history and imagine whatwould you do in the same situation.
But she doesnt only talk about politics. She talks about adifficult daily life and about the fright that most people feltbecause of the Germans. She also talks about the difficultrelationship with people who share the same space withyou day after day. But not everything is negative. She alsomakes reference to the hope of freedom that everybody
had.So The Diary of a Young Girl is a book that I reallyrecommend to everybody. Sometimes to comprehend theworlds history, it is not necessary to study it. Itsinteresting to read a testimony novel like this one.I have really enjoyed the novel and I would read it again.
Its a really nice and tragic story at the same time that Imsure it will leave no one indifferent.
