Graduation Plans (RtI/PGP) will be created for targeted students to provide additional academic and/or behavioral supports.

Plan Your Path:Middle School


Middle school students will complete a career-interest inventory via an online platform called Naviance. Students may access Naviance at

school and from home to develop a career interest profile and explore career fields and colleges based on their career goals.

How Will Students Develop a Personalized Plan?

Prior to completing 8th

grade, a school counselor or school administrator will meet to review the Personal Graduation Plan (PGP) –including endorsement and distinguished level of achievement – with the student and his or her parents.

Parents will review and sign a copy of the student’s personal graduation plan. Plan will follow students to high school.

Magnet Immersion Course– Course specifically designed to

expose students to all magnet themes offered at the elementary level.

– Integration of career exploration as students experience the magnet themes of aerospace, medical sciences and wellness, fine arts, technology and communication, and international studies.
