Due to the factthatEric Longis an athlete at ColumbineHighSchooland told me that he plays basketballand football.I asked him ifhe hadever been harassedhimself by the TrenchCoat Mafia students and in particular,DylanKleboldand EricHarris. EricLongadvised me that he had not beenharassedbyany of them.

    EricLong toldme that he was friendswith Isaiah Shoels prior to this incidentand prior to Isaiah's death. Eric Long saidthat"'hHe he was at Columbine HighSchool. he could not think of one incidentwhere IsaiahShoe's was racially intimidatedbyanyonein the school. Eric Long saidthat IsaiahShoelswas a verywell liked student and everybody got along well with him.

    Priar to my interview ofEric Long. [spoke with his mother Alisa Longwho told me that since the incident on 0 4 ~ 2 0 ( } 9 , Ericlong has been having withdrawal problems as far aswanting to be away from the house, and wants to be out with his mendson a more frequentbasis. Alisa Longbelieves that EricLongdoes needcounseling.however. she says Eric Longdeniesthereisany type of a problemwith his copyingwith the incident. Aftermy interviewwith Eric Long I asked him i fhe has had anyproblems,such as sleeping problemsor eatingproblemssince the incidenton 04-20-99and he told me that he has not had anyproblems. Eric Long told me that he isable to deal with things wen and get over different problems well. After my interviewwithEricLong. I recontacted hismotherin reference to theseproblems andshetoldmethat Eric Long's answers tomyquestionsto her"sounded weird." It shouldbenoted that duringmy interview with EricLong,both hismother,Alisa Longandhis father.10M Longwere presentduring this interview I gaveAlisa Longone ofmy businesscards and asked her to contact me inthefuture if EricLongor anyoneelsein her familywanted to speakwitha 1.C.50.     On 05-18-99. LindseyLudwig was interviewed at her residence regardlng her observationsof 04-20-99.She confirmed being a Junior at ColumbineHigh School, assigned to "A" lunch. She noted having attendedher 4th hour history class, and immediately thereafter going to the commons area of the cafeteria, arrivingthere at approximately 1105,whereshe met 2 friends, identified as Cora Uniger and Courtney Shakowski.After approximately 10minu1es. they exited the south door and walkedto the junior parking lot where theyentered her vehicle and drove to the Southwest Plaza Mail, where they had lunch. She reports observingnothing suspicious in the parking lot as she exited, but noted some activity in the junior lot at approximately0900, whenshe had gone into the lot to assist another student witha project. While in the lot, she observed2 males standing neara white pickup belonging to Hanah Balay. She reports the 2 seemed to behiding,ar.-' "hen she lookedat them they ducked out of sight. Shedescribes them aswhitemales, one beingtal,. man the other. She could provideno clothing information,and did not see themweil enough toidentify either one. Shestated the 2 were inthe last rowof the junior lot, near a wooden fence.Following lunch,they attempted to drive back to school, but were turnedback by police and told that ashooling had occurred at the school.     He said after eating lunch, they tried returning to the school, butsaw numerousemergency vehicles responding into the area.He said hepulled intoClement Parkand was contacted by severalother students, who told him then: had been a sheering at theschool.

    I asked McCormick if therewas anyadditional information hecould tellme about,and he said hewas inVideo Production forfirst hour and knewwho Eric HarrisandDylanKleboldwere,as theywouldcomeinto the class, but he never spoke withthemdirectlyabout anything. 1asked him iftherewas anythingelse hecould ten me in relation to this investigation, and he saidhedid not have any additional information.

Ryan was s at school on the 20th ofApril. His fourth hour was free so he went home for lunch. When heattempted to return to the school he realized there was a problem. He calledhis mother, Betty on his cell phone and advised her of his safety andwhereabouts. Because he was not at schoolduring the incident Ryan did notsee or hear anything relating to the incident.Ryan has classes wit Harris in the current semester and knew Klebold too,He was not a close associate with them. Betty recalls Eric being in theirbackyard when he was in seventh grade playing football.Betty said that her son had no prior knowledge of this incident and couldprovide no further details.
