It consist of four wooden boxes

93 coloured caps (8 pilot + 85 removable caps)

Box 1:24 caps

Box 2:23 caps

Box 3:23 caps

Box 4:23 caps

The backs of the caps are numbered sequentially

Arrange the caps in random order

Open one case lengthwise before the subject

The object of the test is to arrange the caps in order according to the color

The cases can be given in any order

Allow subject necessary time for him to arrange the colors

After the subject has arranged the caps record the numbers in a scoring sheet in the order arranged by the subject
