It synthesizes advanced design techniques for integrated circuits and digital signal processing technology faultlessly. A high-speed CCD processing chip is used to achieve the high precision and high definition image which is focused on CCD chip by lens to form output of video signal. The monitor connecting with video signal can observe video image same as the original image. Because of advantages of high sensitivity, anti-highlight, minor aberration, small size, long life, anti-vibration, and so on, it can recognize and reject the different color kernels with disease spots, slight discolored grains or impurity among rice and minor cereals effectively. 2.Working Principle Feeding section It consists of hopper, feed port, and vibrator. The chosen material falls into the channels through the hopper, feed port, and vibrator. Chutes They are made up of aluminum alloy chutes fixed aslant. The chosen material moves into the sorting chamber equably by way of these channels. Sorting unit It is made up by front and back sorting boxes which contain CCD camera, light source, reflector panel and other components.

2.Working Principle
Feeding section

Sorting unit
