*Students must sign up online by Oct. 4th via Google Forms
*Check-in will be at 8:30 with testing beginning at 9:00 a.m. Testing lasts anywhere between 80 minutes to three hours.
*Some languages will require an alternate date. Those students will be contacted separately
*Results will be shared by February 2020
APS Course Withdrawal Policy
Policy Implementation Procedure I-11.6.34-1 Secondary Course Withdrawal
■ Requests made and approved to withdraw from a year-long high school credit bearing course prior to the end of the first marking period will result in the course not being recorded on the student’s transcript.
■ Requests made and approved on or after the first day of the second quarter will result in a Withdraw (W) being recorded on the student’s transcript. For students who are withdrawing from an intensified or advanced level course and enrolling in a regular level of the same course no Withdraw (W) will be indicated on the student’s final transcript.
■ Requests made on or after the first day of the fourth quarter require approval of the Principal or his/her designee. If approved, a Withdraw (W) will be recorded on the student’s transcript.
