The College provides a public dental clinic as part of the dental hygienist and dental assistant instructional programs. The clinic is open to members of the public, EFSC students, faculty and staff. Services provided by dental hygiene are limited to procedures taught to students; this varies from semester to semester. The dental assisting clinic does limit dental restorative work for persons who have been examined within the dental hygiene clinic. All patients are required to have a dentist of record for continuing care and treatment of dental needs.
