where all of the courses needed to complete your program are taken

on campus. Note that some programs may require participation off-

campus including field-trips or practicum experiences.

to come to campus. Note that some programs may offer practicum

experiences or labs that require participation on-site. Programs offered

online can often be completed in a flexible time frame.

approach offer most courses face-to-face in the classroom but some

Upgrading • September, January or May admission

A career path doesn’t always progress in a straight line. At Lethbridge College, we understand

that our students come from all backgrounds and experiences and we’ve created a variety of

different pathways for our students to achieve their life and career goals. Some of our most inspiring

grads came to the college for Upgrading and went on to achieve impressive professional success.

If you’re looking for an upgraded understanding of math, science or English, we’ve got the courses

and great instructors to help you along. You’ll earn Lethbridge College grades and credentials for

this work – not high school credits. If you’re looking to obtain the General Education Diploma (GED)

credentials most employers seek, we can help you prepare to write the test on our campus.

Our College and University Preparation/Academic Upgrading

programs can help you change directions or choose a new path to

professional success. We offer Upgrading courses on our campus

in Lethbridge as well as online. Whatever path you choose,
